Pros
Great promises & vision during the interview process. You get starry eyes by looking at their group and the portfolio etc.
Cons
It's still very much a startup company. They no working structure, and no professional ethics and don't be surprised, if, after a few months of joining, you get an email from HR stating that you have been let go.
