      Pros

      Great Team of people all new to Affiliate Marketing. Some good perks including WFH allowance, hybrid WFH, Wednesday lunch, Gym allowance and in person events.

      Cons

      Easy to feel detached from US and ROW operation. APAC feels like an after thought. Very limited budget for client entertainment and events which makes networking opportunities outside of Rak owned events very limited. Promotion is more likely to happen if you hand in resignation
