Pros
I've honestly never worked anywhere before where so much time is devoted to employee wellbeing, both from leadership and employee groups who meet regularly, set the agenda and organise the planning for events and other ways to make it a nice friendly place to work. The business is growing at a rapid but sustainable pace which provides lots of opportunities for staff.
Cons
Its a large company so some decisions can take a bit of time and some internal processes can seem complex. This may feel frustrating but the aim is to ensure the relevant stakeholders contribute so the correct decisions are made.
