Pros
The company genuinely values people as individuals. People are easygoing and easy to build relationships with over Zoom. Decent salary, great benefits. This is a good place to work.
Cons
Rakuten Advertising has been through a couple of rebrandings and as a result, previous names are still in the market so there is some confusion. It is hard to move up and get raises within the company, which is why many people leave after a year or two.
