Pros
Working with some great people. From an engineer's perspective there is a large breadth of tech to work with so you are likely to find some interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Outdated tech that people are too scared to change. Too many people in senior positions that seem happy to coast and collect their pay. Lack of collaboration between tech teams that leads to solving the same problem multiple times in different ways. High turnover of staff that is usually tried to kept as quiet as possible and general lack of transparency.
