Exploitative leadership Unfair labor practice Toxic, exploitative work environment Toxic and biased workplace – because of favoritism + lack of support Underpaid and overworked – the simplest but very accurate phrase Unfair labor conditions – being pushed to grow/do more without just compensation Employees feel demotivated because the workload and expectations are growing, but the compensation and support don’t match. If leadership wants real growth, they need to provide fair pay, equal treatment, and better support structures.
