Raks Group provides a great work life balance and no doubt about it . Lot of learning opportunities are provided. I had a great onboarding process. Mr. Ranjith who is CEO guided me a lot and he is always reachable. I have received a great support from Rukmani who is HR representative. Pay is good enough, paid every 2 weeks and very professional. They are hosting a lot of training to upskill the employee's skillset. Nice place to work and grow in your professional career. Overall wonderful work culture and friendly work environment and very supportive.
