- Bad management who knows only to gossip - People in the team who have been there for long will take advantage of new team members by dumping all their work on them and attending their personal chores during office hours - HR is pathetic who won't give reliving letter even for immigration to another country - When you resign your made to sit in a conference room without your bag and phone and they will talk to you via the telephone in that room and treat you like a criminal. Was very glad to leave and they didn't like it when I brought up the above points - Older employees especially managers cheat the company in the pretext of running Google Ads and YouTube as they have access to the company credit cards - No work life balance as your made to work odd hours. if you take an extra washroom break or if you finish your lunch and still have time left in your break HR will tell at you
