      headache, mental tension, heavy targets, Micro management

      1. it will take 10 ( TEN) Months to get a incentive, 2. even after 10 months also you need some luck to get it . 3. they will give more stress and target than you expected, 4. Nothing special here to learn more, even you loose your confidence, and market knowledge. 5. very low incentive structure compared to market .
