Not too challanging, once you know your working pattern you can do it with less tension.

Very less salary, workers earn same salary as engineer by doing OT, it dose not mean that workers are paid well it means engineers paid very less.

There is nothing good to mention. Honestly u work here you ruin your life and your career. Especially when ur a post graduate even if you are an engineer.

There is no hierarchy. They only support ppl from their caste, They give salaries under table to cut down the taxes. No incentives no matter how good u perform.
