- You can make friends with your co-workers but not all people because they're work-focused - Somehow friendly HR - Free food if possible - Practicum Program

- The service to the clients is good but the management behind the scenes still sucks to the tipping point - Lack of communication from the managers' perspective especially if one seeks help on a problem or a statement - Lack of compassion and sympathy towards co-workers especially newbies - Confusing approaches when there are problems - Managers always delegating difficult tasks to newbies which one of which will suffer mentally. - Low salary is considerable, but the wokload is heavy every single day - Very high expectations - And, overwork is necessary. The management and work culture should be OVERHAUL!!
