      1) Responsibility at early stages. 2) only fresheres work here in this company.

      Cons

      1) professionalism is lacking. 2) small organisation lacking experience. 3) Don't focus on quality design just like other consultant look for quantity work. 4)work inturption- MD will contineously interrupt in work that u r doing and nay force you to do wrong engineering practice.

      Pros

      Great learning environment Direct involvement in project and interaction with client. Flat hierarchy, direct reporting to head of the company having wide experience in this field. Great work-life balance. Flexibility in work timings. There is no issue of salary for well performing engineers and increment is also quite high compared to other companies

      Cons

      Management is somewhat lacking. Less number of experienced engineers.

      There is a lot of learning opportunity as the this company is a startup just 1a year old.

      Cons

      The office timing is a bit more. Moreover there is no Bonus or PF advantage as compared to other well established companies.
