      - Generous base salaries. - Unmatched bonus potential/structure for the industry. - Growth, growth, growth! - Industry-leading benefits, training, etc. - Most major holidays off, even those that most restaurants don't observe.

      Cons

      - Long hours, irregular schedule. (This comes with the territory.) - High standards come with high stress. - Might be growing a little too fast now. I am no longer with the company due to my own mistakes. It's difficult to own it in the moment, but anything you do (or don't) accomplish with Raising Cane's is on YOU! All the tools and support are provided.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      Cons

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
