      Pros

      The company culture emphasizes fun and teamwork, which can be a great culture. A growing and fun brand. Pay is great with a good bonus structure.

      Cons

      Promotions and opportunities are often tied to cliques and personal relationships rather than performance or qualifications. Leadership relies heavily on fear-based tactics, which creates unnecessary stress and tension among employees. If you’re not part of the “in” group, it’s an uphill battle to feel valued or recognized.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      Cons

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
