      Pros

      decent pay (grandfathered in with base pay raises for me specifically), great ARL (in my case), and supportive coworkers (for the most part).

      Cons

      external hires suck and they don't understand what it is like to work in our positions (especially if they are an area leader). painfully long hours, no breaks, high stress environment, impossible internal standards, and terrible rewards for their record breaking stats!

      Pros

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      Cons

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
