Can be fun, but also stressful - Certified Trainer Raising Cane's Employee Review

Pros

There can be amazing, friendly, genuine, and caring crew and managers. Some of the positions are insanely easy. (Toast, outside orders, "the hole") There are little bonuses in pay for being crosstrained, shift differential, etc It didn't take much time for me to move up from being a Crew Member to a Certified Trainer, if that's something you're interested in. It can be a laidback, somewhat relaxed environment.

Cons

Scheduling can be all over the place. (Scheduling outside of availability, working 6, sometimes 7 days in a row for some) Depends on who makes the schedules, though. Not having (at least small) free meals on your half hour lunch break. Turnover rate is high in my store. When it gets busy, it gets BUSY... for my location at least. It can be a very stressful job.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
