Pros
Very fun job, lots to do - you will always be moving. Communication is the key and if you are a quiet person, you will find your voice at Cane's. All the managers are very friendly, and there are tons of opportunities for growth. Upbeat environment and focus on customer service
Cons
Scheduling and pay issues are not always immediately handled, many hard workers are not paid what they should be for the work they do. You really have to press the GM to get even well-deserved raises or promotions, even bringing up a second job to get them to offer you a raise.
