- you will not be onboarded properly - even if your position is in English, everybody will prefer to speak in german, some of the colleagues simply can't speak english - poor communication process between colleagues and stakeholders

Good wlb, good enough salary and other benefits, supportive team and managers

Different style of working between each team so cross-team work can feel difficult, mix of English and German as current company language can be confusing until the full transition to English which is planned around next year end
