Leaving this company was the best career decision I ever made.
Cons
There isn't enough room to list them all. I'll highlight some that come to mind.
Their tech stack is weak. The tooling is low budget at best. They expect you to be "on call" all the time. No compensation for the constant emergency after hours calls. They develop in production.
I could go on and on.
