Pros

Raintree’s vision for the future of therapy EMR centered around AI is truly inspiring. The company isn’t just talking about innovation; it’s actively delivering on it. With the acquisition of a leading AI scribe and ongoing development of next-gen AI tools natively embedded in the EMR, Raintree is positioning itself as the most advanced platform in the space. Its dominance in the Enterprise Therapy market brings strong brand recognition, sticky customers, and significant upsell opportunities.

Cons

Emerging competitors - many built natively in the cloud and now embedding AI from day one are beginning to gain traction. Raintree still holds a meaningful first-mover advantage but continued investment in modernizing the tech stack will be critical to stay ahead and outpace the new wave of challengers.

Pros

Leaving this company was the best career decision I ever made.

Cons

There isn't enough room to list them all. I'll highlight some that come to mind. Their tech stack is weak. The tooling is low budget at best. They expect you to be "on call" all the time. No compensation for the constant emergency after hours calls. They develop in production. I could go on and on.
