      Pros

      They let me use my phone when orders were not in, which allowed me to study for highschool.

      Cons

      They promised to pay me in tips, and never did. They said they would increase my salary, and they never did. Also management would be super chill, then get super angry randomly and flip out on you. Management also spit on my best friend at work, who was latino. Absolutely disgusting and then fired the employee.

      Very nice members good standing in the community

      Cons

      Leadership team has NO commitment to members or understanding of business operations Management staff lacks commitment, check who is there after 4, and check what hours they actually work Banquet staff is incompetent, can't sell (increases costs overall), can't work with anyone else in the organization
