      Pros

      Production is usually a very easy job. You don’t need much sense to learn. 2week pay period with nice days off. It’s 12 hour shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on and 2 on.

      Cons

      Poor upper management and poor communication. No guaranteed yearly raises. The way the pay raises work totally depends or your supervisor.

      low paying job, need to pay employees based on skill set and years' experience. Career path, engage to what your employee is doing and encouragement goes a long way.
