      I will say some of the coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Some coworkers were rude and weren’t helpful when it was my first time working in a center They also sprayed toddlers with a water bottle for no reason

      Pros

      I love my coworkers and the kids+their families as extensions of family. Direct management takes concerns seriously and they aim to help you learn and lift you up.

      Cons

      The shows are a lot of extra work with no extra pay. Lots of call offs make for some stressful days - teacher burn out is common. Minimum wage pay for floaters and some assistant teachers.
