      Great work/life balance. No physical work. Fun to work with families.

      Cons

      No consistency with owners. Never received a raise. Competing with owners for sales. Misprints on ads constantly. No negotiation on pricing makes for a hard sale. Sales have been declining for years, yet no changes made in management.

      Pros

      Working at Rainbow was a very fun environment to work in. There was always a chance to have a very positive experience each and everyday.

      Cons

      At times the work load could be overwelming and getting appropriate help on projects was at times difficult. When a job needed to get done, it was all or nothing.
