Pros

The money I made working as a sales representative was absurd. I'm only 19 and I was making more money than anyone else in the office. Every employee that I worked with was great to be around.

Cons

You will do a LOT of driving. There is no real job description, and you will never know the hours you work in a day, and the owner rules with an iron fist. I started making about $2000 a week working no more than 6 hours a day, and when I quit they charged me for not going to an appointment that would've made it a 12 hour day. Finally it is a fully commission job (unless you run an impossible amount of appointments in a week), so how much you make is determined by how hard you work, which left a very large amount of my coworkers broke.

The manager is awesome and truly cares about the people. Will take the time to train you and actually cares about your success

Cons

A lot of late nights away from family

Has to travel to different Home Deport Locations.
