Pros
One of the things I like most is that we are providing software that can really make a difference to the small businesses use it. It's nice selling to SMBs because the sales cycle isn't long like it would be with other software.
Also, the people I work with on the sales team, and other departments, are great. I enjoy coming to work.
Cons
My experience at Rain has been overwhelmingly positive. Like any work environment, there are small things that come up but nothing I'm unable to work through. The positive things about Rain far outweigh any small challenge.
