Pros
I watched this company grow for four years from 11 people to 80+....The senior management and partners invested in me, promoted me and constantly empowered and supported me. Despite quick growth, the company remains"flat" and employees have control and a large say in the day to day inner workings of Rain.
Cons
The new NYC office is spacious and modern. However, it is far from public transportation.
