      They will pay you on time.

      Cons

      Got hurt on the job, ontop of the hopper losing it and another car backed up onto it. Tried to claim medical reimbursement or time off to heal. Management reminded the other workers that if they supported my claim it wouldn’t look good on them. Swing shift was never fun either.

      At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

      Cons

      Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
