Pros

I am intern at their headquarter now. It is a pretty relaxing workplace. The best part I like it is the space. It has a lot of space for everybody. It got great kitchen, nice bath room and two mordern, glass wall meeting room. Besides, nobody is pushing anyone in there, everyone has a flexible time schedule. You can come in 9:30 and leave 4:30.

Cons

I guess maybe its salary is not that good. But I never really got hired there. So if you are a money chaser, don't go. But you can do something meaningful in here.

Pros

I was able to work remotely when necessary and in-office when I could. The company culture was very friendly.

Pros

- Some great, talented colleagues with noticeable passion for what they do.

Cons

- Obvious divide between senior and junior staff; Senior staff is well established and working on meaningful projects, while there is high turnover among junior staff and general discontent with what they are assigned (felt like I was mostly doing busy work that no one else wanted to do despite being an associate level). - Some management was incredibly passive aggressive, smarmy and patronizing (felt like I was walking on eggshells most of the time) - Some senior staff is also very protective of their work and unwilling to consider differing opinions or allow others to take up some of the responsibilities.
