      Pros

      Training is provided, flexible working hours, overtime payment is very good and work ethic is also very good.

      Cons

      Very hard to get into, must go through alot of screening processes, Requires many skills which are not utilized a part of the job.

      Pros

      Other than the travel benefits there really is not anything that you cant get from any other employer.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance here. You work all hours of the clock. Example of starts time are 0214, 0319, 0112, 1458, 1952. You can work 12 days straight and have 2 days off. Also you can do both morning and afternoons in the same fortnight. You can work 1715 have a day off work say 0346 and back to afternoons the next day. Not recommended for those with families or those who want a social life.
