Has a unique approach to a legacy market that offers a competitive advantage in a mature industry. RailVision has captured the attention of both investors and clients and is riding a wave of rapid growth. Lots of opportunity to influence the company direction and grow your career as the company matures.

      Pros

      The company culture at RailVision Analytics is unparalleled. We get the best of both worlds with our WFH policy: we have the ease of working from the comfort of our own homes with the option to come into our cool workspace in downtown Montreal as we please. We also have 3-day destination quarterly meetings where we get to travel and experience a new location together, which is a great way to maintain a strong face-to-face connection between all team members. What I especially love about working at this start-up is the flexibility in our roles and ability to grow our careers according to our strengths and interests.
