Pros

There are no pros at RailPros. Interesting. It's a place to get money for doing a job. Working here will make you appreciate all the other places you worked more. At least you'll know you've found the bottom.

Cons

Directionless from the top down - zero vision - just reacting. Prioritize profits over people. Dishonest and deceptive in handling people issues - people just disappear without notice. Dated command and control management practices - intimidation and manipulation to make people work harder. Depleted and tired support systems like HR and IT. You will not have a chance to do your best work here.
