Learning about rail road operations, meeting the crews, and was able to find some really good fishing and hunting spots taking crews to and from their trains
Cons
management consistently tries to get you to break DOT rules. In February of 2014 I was transporting a crew when we were hit near head on by a texting, speeding driver. It nearly killed 3 of us. I had 2 broken knees, broken ribs and head trauma. Since then their work comp company has with held needed medical treatment and needed drugs. Dealing with them has been worse than the crash itself. As of march 2016 we are still fighting them. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY !
