      1. Good management, PF, Gratuity and other facilities 2. Excellent opportunity for Diploma engineers.

      1. Career growth is too slow 2. Not a good place for BSc engineers 3. Salary range is very poor 4. Very difficult to move to other companies 5. As you have to work in Lead-Acid battery, its very hazardous. 6. Mid layer management like the flatterer
