Pros
The co-workers are very nice and helpful. They were the only one I could talk to without getting an ignorant look.
Cons
Very high pressure and extremely high monthly quota. If the sales numbers or especially the "add-ons" aren´t good you get yelled at and put in the "spotlight of failure".
This business doesn't have a functional structure, not even close to a professional managment nor a real marketing plan (actually no markting plan). But still YOU get yelled at if you don´t reach the monthly quota. It is all about sales, sales, sales and cash in as much money as possible, never to make sure to have happy and well-being employees.
