Family Feel - MULTI Rage On! Employee Review

I've been at RageOn for almost 2 years. Smaller company which is nice, gives you the opportunity to know those you work with well and creates a family/friend environment. In addition to the closeness amongst the employees, there is a bit more lax and leniency than most companies when it comes to schedule flexibility. Whether it's school, prior engagements, doctor's appointments, etc.; As long as your work is done, they're open to working around things for the most part. And if hourly, there's the chance to make up hours from home which is extremely convenient! Also, pet friendly !
