Pros
Ok, I could write a book on the pros! Going to spare everyone the time and list them like a normal person. 1. Fast pace environment: If you're someone up for a challenge, get bored easily in the basic everyday task- then this is the job for you! There were ways something fun to do and new platforms to work with. I learned so much in the 3 months that I worked there. 2. Great Team: Everyone is hella sweet and supportive. 3: Boss:/ CEO: was not a typical everyday boss. He had great energy, sharp on his feet and had the passion for his company and team that could move mountains. He would personally work with me, helped me figure out my strengthens and weaknesses. A lot of CEO doesn't give you a time of day and he did the complete opposite. Great listener and always pushed me to be a better version of myself. Food: Free food is always the best. I ate the best and healthiest food I've ever had. Plus great discount on the merchandise.
Cons
Long hours: It was more " you play hard, work hard" mentality. It's a startup so the startup mentality. Honestly, that was the only issue I could think of.
