it’s a small company, so no HR. If you have issues w management you just have to suck it up. preach professionalism like it’s the most important value of theirs but upper management displays none of it. Lots of drama started by upper management, so if you’re not the favorite you will be bad mouthed. They (upper management + owners/ area manager who are never in store) are constantly watching the cameras. It’s really a mess over there so unless you are a broke college student who needs a little spending money I would not recommend
