Pros

When Eitel Dahm was the owner, it was like we were all family and he was more caring about the customers and his employees.

Cons

It took about 9 or 10 months for the new owners to start making their drastic changes and then none of the rules or policies were held to for everyone...the new management could pick and choose who they wanted to be 'rid' and they did! Very glad to be out of that environment. They were Not for the customers and Certainly Not the employees. The money is the bottom line with them.

Inventory has a wide range which is great to help expand knowledge for both sales approach as well as product knowledge.

Cons

Drug use in boardrooms Finance mgr uses fake stubs for customers to enhance conversion rates Everyone hookup with each other
