Pros
You get your salary on time and bonus. You will learn a lot of stuff.
Cons
You will have too much to learn and things keep changing. New things will get add on to your portfolio as and when required. OT is a must cuz' things are never ending and everything is urgent. Very old fashioned company where they think you need to be on time to report to work but you definitely can't be on time to end work. If you don't OT, they think you're too free so they will add more job scope to you. Will continuously ask you to write the manhours or whatever so that they can see if they can load more stuff onto your portfolio. No respect given to the employees. Don't expect any empathy from them too. Managers are there but don't expect them to know things. There are times where executive is the one who knows what is going on and the manager is clueless. Got promotion but won't be really based on the your effort and work but more of how many years you've been working for them.
