Bad career move & horrible management - Lecturer Raffles Design Institute Employee Review

- Purely focused on profit at the expense of standards, students; unfair treatment of staff and students. - Salaries are terrible in Singapore, basically almost a factory worker mentality. - Lecturers are disposable. Mediocre program directors fire staff to hide their ignorance and protect themselves. - Constantly change staff to keep low salaries. - Management needs to be replaced. Staff leave as a result of senior management verbal & economical abuse. - No training or career opportunities.
