Work Life Balance is Questionable - Anonymous employee Raffa Employee Review

Thanks for the input. I always feel that anyone that takes the time to do such reviews is truly showing how much they care about their careers and employer. As the CEO of Raffa, I work constantly to ensure, not simply a balance of your work and life but the integration of work, family, community and faith. It is not an easy pursuit but one well worth both the journey and the destination. It is apparent from your comments that we may need to enhance the skills among our leadership to get you there with "kindness or cordiality". And I am committed to doing so.
