Only way to move up or get a raise is if you're real close with someone up above, most workers are even afraid of asking for a raise due to intimidation tactics used. Not a bad company overabut favoritism is a big problem for those who want to work and not stroke ego's

Nice Staff. Owner was nice. Family owned.

Management wasn’t always the fairest, they weren’t the most organized. Favoritism was definitely an issue with the company. The owner was nice but didn’t interact much with the staff. Management underpaid the staff overall not worth the work!
