Pros

Pros: - The job itself isn't that difficult. - For the most part, I can run with my ideas and implement them on projects. - Some really good, hard working employees.

Cons

- Chaotic. Leadership does not know what they are doing. - No real direction. - They tend to hire leadership that is not well experienced, so they often have inflated titles and are not truly masters of what they are doing. If you're looking for mentorship opportunities, you won't find them here because no one seems to have in-depth knowledge about much. - Useless meetings that are a waste of everyone's time. - Department leads often waste the time of all other teams with unnecessary meetings that are often redundant and repetitive. - I've seen cases where C Suite execs have bullied/been rude to employees for no apparent reason. - They don't value individuality here in my opinion. It's a very "you must fit in this box" culture. Aka, if you don't subscribe to toxic positivity, you may not fit in. - Lots of egos, lot's of uptight personalities, lots of immaturity, toxic environment. - Approvals for work take forever, but you are somehow still expected to make deadlines. - Lots of projects pop up with inadequate time given to employees. - They sweep a lot of issues under the rug, instead of trying to resolve them. - How they present the company during interviews is much different from how the company functions once hired. They claim to be a very progressive wellness brand that cares for its employees and has great work life balance, which has been false. - There really is no real onboarding. You're just thrown in the fire and if you can't figure it out they'll blame you and may even fire you. - You will likely get blamed for things that are out of your control because leadership is scattered.

Pros

- Bright, supportive, talented, passionate, women. It's a pleasure and breath of fresh air to grow, learn and make incredible things happen along side such a wonderful group of women. - A product line and mission to be proud of. Each product is made with the most high quality and natural ingredients, and actually work better than other products, so it feels good to be able to promote, sell and encourage customers to buy the products (and I use them myself). - Supportive and flexible leadership allows each person to work in a way that makes them their best, whether that means remote or flexible hours to take care of family. - Excellent opportunities to grow. I have been promoted and received multiple raises since I started. In the past 2.5 years working here, I have seen several others also promoted. Feels good to be recognized and acknowledged by the company.

Cons

- Sometimes I work long hours under short deadlines, and this can be hard. It is the same issue I have had everywhere I have worked before. Part of startup culture. My manager and executive team are continuously exploring ways to improve process across a fast growing business.

Pros

Team is friendly and the workload is manageable. Compensation is fair for the expectations of the role, and the environment can be a comfortable place for those early in their careers to gain exposure.

Cons

There appears to be significant title inflation, with senior-level titles not always aligning to the level of strategic responsibility or experience typically associated with those roles in the broader market. Much of the work is execution-focused rather than leadership-driven, which can create confusion around decision-making and may limit the external portability of these titles for long-term career growth.
