Pros

There are a lot of very sharp people and you are working with bleeding edge technologies. Compensation is competitive. Easy to reach to CEO or any VPs. Anything is possible. Culture is good (empowerment, work from home, etc). Leadership by products is very good.

Cons

If you want to make things happen, you have to push internally all the time. Culture can be rough. Not for sensitive souls Sales meetings can get ugly.
