Pros

Radix makes you feel valued and taken care of - not just by the management but by colleagues as well. The team culture at Radix sets it apart from the rest. Radix is a great place to work if you wish to contribute at a global scale in a fast-paced industry.

Cons

At Radix, your growth is directly proportional to your willingness to grow. You will have all these opportunities but the onus will be on you to make use of them.

Pros

It’s a small company small enough not to be required to have an HR department or be regulated by any agencies, so they invest heavily in advanced equipment which provided a good learning opportunity.

Cons

The training is not very good and it’s essentially made up on the fly. They are not good teachers and the environment is constantly full of distractions. The managers have no experience in management, and it shows. When making mistakes they don’t understand that those are learning opportunities. After being qualified as an operator, if a mistake is made by any contractors they are terminated. There is no action plan, no debriefing and no warning ahead of time. If a mistake is made by any full time employees it is covered up and forgiven. This company churns through contractors and has a relationship with recruiters and the city such that it doesn’t matter if they hire the wrong person, onboard them and then fire them quickly. This company is full of know-it-alls. Be careful how you interact with them socially because everyone in the company is very close, and there’s a good chance they will not like you. The reason I mention that there’s not an HR department is because I wish I could report violations to them every single day. The conversations that went on in front of me were offensive and disgusting.

Pros

Working at Radix has been one of the most creatively fulfilling chapters in my career. It's very rare to find a place where design, data, and innovation truly intersect, and Radix balances all three so aptly. Taking on visual systems for global brands in TLDs like .store, .tech, and .online, to collaborating cross-functionally with growth, product, and marketing teams, every single project here pushes you to think big and design smarter.

Cons

Work sometimes in the team gets overwhelming.
