      Pros

      The workplace was nice, though it was just a co-working space not of their own!! Salaries were good

      Cons

      Worst management ever. The founder didn't have a clear image of what she wants to make, and though it was supposed to be a software company, her main focus was marketing and that led to terrible outcomes on the technical side. Layoffs were not justifiable and unfair and caused the technical part of the company to deteriorate greatly.
