Pros
This company is consistently focused on growth and development, and more efficient ways of doing things. There is always research into new technology and industry changes, which means longer term employees have options to learn new things and move into different departments if desired.
The work-life balance is unmatched. We go home at 5 pm and that's that.
We get paid time off, vacation time, holiday time, insurance, retirement benefits.
The biggest pro is my coworkers. They are fantastic and it makes you feel good going to work every day with people that are positive and fun and working toward the same goals.
Cons
Tight deadlines are the reality. Big projects with numerous components are a thing. If you're thinking you're going to sit at a desk and wait for a phone to ring, this is not the place. Most of my coworkers thrive in our busy environment, but it's not for everyone.
