1yThank you for your review and the shout out for one of our managers. We promote people based on their experience and ability to work in a position regardless of their sex, ethnicity, etc. In our over 32 years of experience we have had multiple male managers and currently have 4 females and 2 males on our Executive Leadership team. If you will look in the Accounts Payable and BPO industry, you will find that there are far more women in the fields which most likely creates the appearance of more women being promoted than men. However based on the statistics of male versus female in the industry, the leadership or management for RadiusPoint is on target. We wish you the best of luck in all future endeavors.
