Pros

The People. Best pro of all is the team that works at RadiusOnline. Unlimited vacation/sick days. Insurance benefits. Salary. No micro-managing supervisors. Casual attire and atmosphere. Kid/Pet friendly. MANY perks: food & snacks always available in kitchen, Friday lunches, team outings, in office parties/events, keg-orator (beer). Management is open to suggestions whether it be exploring new systems or processes for your dept/position, or having a karaoke night for the office.

Cons

The company has grown so quickly that a lot of "band-aids" were put on processes/systems in order to keep things moving. While this was a con when I first started, over the past few months major strides have been taken to improve these. By the new year I'm sure all of this will be addressed/resolved.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning at Radius Online. The pay wasn't great but the experience I gained was worth my time there.

Cons

Pay is low when you get hired on. But it's a great place to gain experience before moving on to something else.

Pros

People - Intelligent & fun people to work with for the most part. Perks - Good benefits, free lunch Fridays, unlimited vacation

Cons

The product has not grown within the industry and I continuously felt behind compared to the competition. The pay is fine for an entry level job just out of college, but as your skills grow, don't expect your salary to increase. You're told it's comparable or better to other companies, but after researching typical salaries in my position, I found that not to be true. No matter the level of your position, amount of time at the company or work ethic, there is little decision making abilities for departments. All decisions, small or large, must pass through upper management which created a lack of trust and confidence in employees overall. The CEO makes rash decisions with the product and the people which leads to unexpected consequences that you can't prepare for.
